A smallish, quiet, fairly Yuma typical RV park in construction. Small warm pool and hot tub. Close to amenities. Clean. I did not read the fine print, and assumed, but there are NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES repeat NO LAUNDRY! Which was a real nuisance. My friendliness rating is judged by the fact that I greet every person I meet with a Good Morning or something suitable. These permanent residents are fairly insular and fully 25% did not respond. Some even glared. Been traveling 3 years never happened before. Wish I'd not paid in advance. Combined with staff's political comments, (yeah I'm from the country you want to invade), it's not a great vibe. Canucks, give it a miss.

I’m glad I wasn’t the only driver to come and say thank you to your community for passing out Christmas stockings at the local truck stops. You really turned some frowns upside down and it was greatly appreciated! I hope we get a chance to bring our RV from Maryland and visit your wonderful resort one day when we retire off the road!
